Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination is a secure payment transfer system available through State Bank’s Business Online Banking and offers flexible options – you can upload NACHA formatted files, initiate one-time ACH transfers, and build templates for recurring transactions for:

Just log in, scan your checks, verify the information, and transmit the deposit.

Domestic and international wire transfers can be easily facilitated through State Bank’s Business Online Banking while, at the same time, providing control, security and convenience.

  • Initiate same-day domestic and (USD) international wire transfers until 2:30 p.m.

State Bank’s Line of Credit Sweep solution allows business clients to automatically manage surplus cash balances to reduce interest expense. This service automatically moves funds back and forth between a company’s primary checking account and an active line of credit.

With Check Positive Pay, all checks clearing your business account are reviewed daily. If any appear to be fraudulent, you receive an email notification and are given the option to return the item or approve payment.

ACH Positive Pay allows you to manage ACH activity with the ability to block and/or filter certain ACH transactions. And, as with Positive Pay, we'll notify you via email of any exceptions to the monitoring guidelines you established. You will then have the option to pay or return the item. Clients can view images of checks, analyze reconcilement reports and submit electronic issued check files all via the web, in a secure paperless environment.
