Paul C. Erwin
Paul is a Commercial Services Officer for State Bank. He loves seeing the real-world impact we make on our clients and in the community, helping people become business owners, growing small businesses, and transforming vacant lots into busy buildings. He likes that State Bank is small enough to make quick decisions, but large enough to meet the needs of commercial clients.
Paul earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, and is the volunteer Treasurer for Stewardship Employment Ministries, which provides training for the unemployed, or underemployed to help them find meaningful work.
In the last 10 years, Paul has finished marathons in New York, Baltimore, Lake Placid, Dayton, and his first-ever race in Columbus. He takes great pride in the dedication and perseverance that allowed him to cross all those finish lines.
Paul lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Diane and their children Edith and Atticus. He appreciates the strong sense of community and abundance of things to do in the area. When he isn’t working, Paul enjoys running, cooking, reading, woodworking, and rooting for the Buckeyes.
