As Market Executive for the Toledo/Marblehead region, Randy provides strategic leadership to his offices, driving growth across both commercial and retail business lines. He develops and executes business plans, cultivates strong client relationships, manages performance, and ensures operational excellence and compliance — all while representing State Bank with integrity in the communities he serves.
A graduate of The University of Toledo, Randy is passionate about partnering with clients to help them achieve their financial goals and about building meaningful new relationships. He values State Bank’s culture of collaboration and its deep commitment to community involvement.
Randy resides in Waterville and is the proud father of three children and a grandfather to one. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, boating, and maintaining an active lifestyle through daily workouts.
