Popmoney® is an online personal payment service. It’s the fast, easy way to send money to, or receive money from, your friends, family, or just about anyone with an e-mail address or mobile number.
It’s Free to sign up for Popmoney and there’s no fee to receive money. The sender pays a $.50 fee for each transaction. And, there’s a $500 immediate transaction maximum, $10,000 weekly.
